- Assistant Manager (Grade A): Candidates must possess a Postgraduate degree/diploma in any discipline OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)/ BA+LLB (5 year) OR be a Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Company Secretary (CS)/ Certified Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA) OR hold a B.Tech/ B.E. degree. Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in the officer cadre in Banks/ Financial Institutions/ Central or State Govt/PSUs or organizations of repute.
- Manager (Grade B): Similar educational qualifications as above (depending on the stream). Experience: Minimum 2 years in related areas in the financial sector/ Banks/ PSUs/reputed corporates AND an overall experience of a minimum of 7 years in the officer/ executive cadre.
Note: For the Environment and Social Safeguard stream, the degree/ PG must specifically be in Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, Social Works, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, or Development Services.

- Manager (Grade B): Starting basic pay of Rs.55,200/- per month. (Approximate CTC: Rs.23.5 Lakhs per annum).
✵Selection Process – IIFCL Recruitment 2026
The recruitment process will be conducted in two rigorous phases:
- Phase I – Online Examination: An objective-type test comprising 150 questions for 200 marks. It includes Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Current Affairs (Financial Sector), and Domain Knowledge. There is a negative marking of 1/4th of the assigned marks for incorrect answers.
- Phase II – Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from Phase I will be called for a Technical and Behavioural Interview (100 Marks). The final merit list will be prepared with a weightage of 40:60 for the Online Exam and Interview, respectively.
