- Joint Director (Administration) Level-13: Officers of Central/ State/ UT Govt holding analogous post or 5 years in Level-12 + Degree + 12 years experience in administration/ establishment/ accounts.
- Joint Director (Accounts) Level-13: Officers holding analogous post or 5 years in Level-12 + Bachelor Degree + 10 years experience in Accounts/ Finance/ Budgeting.
- Addl CCE Level-13: Civilian Officers of organised Engineering Services or equivalent holding analogous post or 5 years in Level-12 + Bachelor Degree in Civil/Electrical/ Mechanical/ Architecture + 10 years experience in civil works/ project execution/estate management.
- Sr. Accounts Officer Grade-II Level-10: Officers holding analogous post or 2 years in Level-9 or 4 years in Level-8 + Bachelor Degree + 3 years experience in Accounts/ Finance/ Budgeting.
